If you fail to call minimum 24 hours in advance and still land at our airport without an PPR-permit then you will be charged at 2.000 DKK (€270) + the fee.

Done repeatedly the pilot and a/c will be banned from landing at EKGH in the future.

We are sorry if we seem a little rude and unfriendly but the airfield is subject to very heavy and strict noise procedures and enviromental rules.

LANDING FEE

0-1.199 kg: 200 DKK (€30).

1.200 kg - 2.199 kg: 400 DKK (€55).

2.200 kg and above: Price on request!

Aircraft-parking pr night: 50 dkk - 1 week for 300 dkk.

Only cash is accepted - either in danish kroner or euro.

Payment: In the phonebox, where you need to write each landing and each start, you will find envelopes for the payment. Under the desk is a shiny metalbox where you can leave the envelope.

Failure to pay the landing fee, or the correct landing fee, will be charged at 1.000 DKK (€140) + the fee. Remember that each full stop landing is one full fee. No discount on landing number two, three etc. NO T&G allowed!!

Example one:

One Beech Bonanza, weight is over 1.199 kilo and landing fee is therefor 400 DKK (€55).

Example two:

The same Beech Bonanza lands at the airfield, picks up a passenger, then take off and fly to fx Anholt and then returns in the evening for an overnight stay. Price is 2x landing fee = 2x400 DKK = 800 DKK (€110) + 1 overnight stay at 50 DKK = 850 DKK (€120) total.

The landing fee, high as it might seem, reflects the costs the flying club have to deal with to keep the airfield running.

RUNWAY LIGHTS

Lights are turned on by using the airfields freq, 122.500, for 30 seconds. The lights can be reset - you know they are reset when the lights go out for half a second. The lights is on in blocks at app. 4 minutes.

Be aware that when you transmit your intensions both night and day on this freq the runway lights will flash a couple of times to warn people and vechiles on the ground that there are incomming and landing aircraft. But still remember that EKGH is uncontrolled and not closed to the public - watch for people, cars and farmers crossing the active runway!!
