Please note, that you can cancel your assigned PPR without being changed up to 4 hours prior to planned arrival. You can cancel your PPR by using the link in your PPR approval email. If you do not cancel your PPR on time you will be charged for the PPR that you have obtained.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IF TRAVELLING TO OR FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES!

If you arrive to EKGH from a non-EU country (eg. Norway, UK or Switzerland) you will be met by customs officials upon arrival.
If you arrive from or depart to a non-Schengen country (eg. UK or Romania), you will be checked by Danish Police upon arrival and before departure.

It is important that you give us correct information on your departure and destination airports and ETA. If this information should change before your departure, please obtain a new written PPR approval before departing.
